Expected Delivery Times: For the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

For subscriptions, please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery for your first issue.

For all other destinations, please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Please see below for a complete list of destination countries. These are the only countries to which we can ship.

Customs and Duties: All customs and duties are the responsibility of the individual receiving the materials. Unfortunately, we cannot determine those costs in advance. Please advise the recipient of the possibility of these charges if they live outside of the U.S.

Sales Tax: Sales tax, where applicable, is included in the price.

Currency: All charges are in US Dollars.

Refunds, Exchanges and Missing Order Claims: A refund or exchange will be made for items returned within 30 days of receipt if (a) they are in their original condition and (b) the return is arranged with our customer service department. Only returns which are due to defective merchandise or an error on our part will receive a credit for shipping. Such determination will be at the sole discretion of ArchieComics Online, Inc. As for Claims of missing issues, a claim can be made 90 days from when the book was shipped.
